Surfers 4 Tsunami Relief Paddle Out for Nias & Maldives
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 05 January 2005: - - Surfers 4 Tsunami Relief paddle will take place Sunday January 9th. Meet Wavesense Surfing Academy tent – 100m left of Groyne at Noosa Main Beach. Support fellow communities in Nias and Maldives.
I) PADDLE -
a) Long paddle – Noosa groyne to Granite return (experienced surfers)
b) Short paddle – Noosa groyne to First Point return (beginners/unfit)
Register 6:30am for 7 am start.
Entry fee of choice __$20 __$50 __$100 __ $250__other
Bring your longest board. Boards can be provided. Not a race. Social paddle.
2) LESSON
a) Surf Lesson – Learn how to surf
b) Surf Coaching – improve your technique
10am-12 noon - Cost $50 – Bookings essential
100% OF ALL MONEY GOES TO TSUNAMI AID !!!
