New MTV show featuring Body Glove team rider Cheyne Magnusson

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 20 January, 2007 : - -  MTV’s newest reality television show, Maui Fever, aired Wednesday, January 17, 2006 and starred Body Glove team rider Cheyne Magnusson. The show follows a group of 20-something, Maui residents as they deal with life, love and relationships.

Cheyne is one of the stars of the hit new show. Cameras tail him as he surfs in some of the most beautiful places on earth, all while balancing a new girlfriend, a roommate and friends. Not to mention dealing with an ex-girlfriend he just cannot seem to get over.

In episode one, “The Game” viewers are introduced to pro-surf star Cheyne Magnusson and his friends. Cheyne and his friends seem to have it made, surf all day and party all night. Drama erupts when Cheyne tries to hook his newly single roommate Anthony up with some new girls, much to the disapproval of Anthony’s ex Chaunte.

To make things worse Cheyne has decided to enlist the help of his ex-girlfriend Anna, Chanute’s best friend. Needless to say neither, Chaunte nor Cheyne’s girlfriend Rachael was very happy. Keep watching the drama unfold on “Maui Fever” Wednesday nights on MTV.
